X-Rays
Safe, low-radiation diagnostic imaging that helps us detect cavities, gum disease, impacted teeth, and other issues below the surface to keep your smile healthy.

Positioning
We'll place a small sensor or film holder in your mouth and ask you to bite down gently or hold still.
Imaging
The X-ray is taken in just seconds. The process is completely painless and may be repeated for different views.
Review
We'll review the images with you during your visit and explain any findings or concerns.
Are dental X-rays safe?+
Yes. Dental X-rays use very low levels of radiation and are safe for children, adults, and even pregnant patients when necessary. We follow strict safety protocols and only take X-rays when clinically needed.
How often will I need X-rays?+
Most patients need X-rays once a year. Your age, oral health history, and any current dental concerns may affect how often we recommend them. New patients typically have a full set taken at their first visit.
Do X-rays hurt?+
No. The process is completely pain-free. You'll simply hold still for a few seconds while we capture the image.
