“Staff is VERY RUDE especially Stepahie and the Spanish lady at the front desk. Not willing to help you at all. My mother came in her appointment 6 minutes before her scheduled appointment only to be told half an hr later that she did not fill out her new client forms. My mom though she had filled them out and had submitted them, only to be rudely told in front of everyone out loud in a very smart way that she did not and she had to cancel her appointment. I told the lady this is the second time you cancel her appointment because you are saying she did not fill out the paper work. My mom is not tech-savy as many of our older parents are, so you would think the lady would be like, "ok I see this is the second time you are having problems with the online forms let me help you" instead she got rude speaking loudly calling my mom a lier and saying she never even attempted to fill out the paperwork when my mother is there telling her she did but my mom kept getting cut off by the lady saying "I'M TELLING YOU!!!!, YOU DID NOT!!!".....Several times....cutting us off and not hearing anything my mom had to say which makes no sence coming to an appointment early for the second time purposely not filling out new customer paperwork like, come on! Common sence! As I read in previous reviews they love to cancel appointments because they sure enough could of told us the 36 minutes we were waiting that she did not submit the paperwork correctly and I would of helped my mom real quick as I was unaware of the situation. But this business really needs new staff that is actually willing to help people because without customers they will have no jobs and no business! Customer service is always #1. Learn that! Try and help and not be rude because one day your parents will be in the same boat. Not ever coming back or referring anyone there!”

“Made a appointment verified they took my insurance over the phone. When I took off work and got there for my appointment I displayed my id card and they tell me unfortunately we are going to have to send this to our billing and reschedule your appointment. Don't bother my time is valuable and you have shown you dont value my time.”

“Dr. Bifalco and Ms. Annette are incredible assets to Eastern Dental. Dr. Bifalco is exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly gentle throughout the entire visit. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Annette, the fabulous dental assistant, is just as amazing! She is incredibly friendly, attentive to detail, and highly skilled in her role. She makes you feel comfortable and informed, while also having a great sense of humor! You can tell that these professionals truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to see these two in the office! Thank you for all you do!!”

“I had good experiences here, except for today. The waiting room smells incredibly musty. I had an appt at 8:30, yet I'm still waiting for a cleaning. It's 10:04. I am now late for work. People that came in way after me for cleanings are done and have left. Not sure what's going on, but this is insane. It should not take two hours to get a cleaning!”
